I have been busy updating the website. I hope everyone likes the new changes and updates that I have made. The other exciting news is that I taught my first cake decorating class, it was a lot of fun, and I think the students did a fabulous job on their first cakes, none of the students had any decorating experience. See the pic's post on my site. Another new class for beginners starts May 12, 2008. Also this fall I may be adding a one day class on chocolate tranfers. Talk to ya soon,
