HI, I just wanted to check in and say that I do check this blog often, sorry there has been very little post. I have been busy updating the website. I hope everyone likes the new changes and updates that I have made. The other exciting news is that I taught my first cake decorating class, it was a lot of fun, and I think the students did a fabulous job on their first cakes, none of the students had any decorating experience. See the pic's post on my site. Another new class for beginners starts May 12, 2008. Also this fall I may be adding a one day class on chocolate tranfers. Talk to ya soon,

This is the latest cake made, it is a 3D bunny, for a birthday, around Easter.

Have everybody, hope everyone is doing fine. I just wanted to give ya a heads up. I'm getting ready to leave on vacation for a glorious 10 days, so I finally got a round to updating the website, added 7-8 or new cakes. I think my favorite this time is the retirement cake for the reader. I hope ya all like it to. Have a great one and see ya in about 10 days.
