me to teach a cake decorating class for beginner's, during their winter session.
The Summit Canton Recreation Center located
on Summit Place Drive, Canton, Michigan.

Beginning Cake Decorating Classes |
| Do you want to give that special someone a
custom birthday cake or a romantic valentines cake, or how about making your
granddaughter or niece a special baby shower cake or maybe you want to be able
to make your child's birthday cake special while saving tons of dough on a cake
that taste great. Learn everything you need to know to create a professional
looking cake. You will have fun learning basic cake
decorating skills, so you can design and decorating
your very own special occasion cake, all while enjoying cake samples and coffee. I
will be offering Basic Cake Decorating
classes, beginning Mon.
March 9, 2009,
from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. This is
a 4 week class. Class fees:
Summit members $36, Canton residents $40 and non
residents $52. There is a materials fee
of $35.00 (which including a decorating kit, that is
yours to keep.) Optional but recommended to bring to
class - an apron and a case, tote, bag or box to carry decorating supplies.
Minimum of 4 and max of 10
students.

Second class - We have completed
our second round of classes. This class was a lot of fun! In this class, we had
a student who's dad used to decorate wedding cakes, and her daughter who is 8,
boy a lot of natural ability there. We also had a 15 year old who just love to
bake and create. |
